       • Oil products in consumer packaging of 1 Litre and 5 Litre.
All products are intended for personal consumption only and not for resale unless expressly
permitted.

      • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

5. Orders & Availability

      • Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
      • Minimum order quantities, if any, will be clearly mentioned on the website.
      • We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order due to stock issues, pricing errors,

6. Shipping & Delivery

      • Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.
      • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather

      • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery. 

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

      • Refunds or replacements are applicable only in cases of damaged, leaking, spoiled,
or incorrect products, as per our Refund Policy.
      • Issues must be reported within the specified time period with valid proof.

All food products sold by PIONEER NATURE PRODUCTS LLP, are manufactured, stored,
packed, and distributed in compliance with the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006and
applicable FSSAI rules and regulations.
We ensure:
      • Hygienic preparation and packaging conditions
      • Proper labeling including ingredients, allergens (if any), batch number, and bestbefore/expiry date
      • Safe storage and transportation practices

9. Food Consumption & Storage Disclaimer

      • Customers are responsible for storing food products as per instructions on the label.
      • Oil should be consumed before the Best Before / Expiry Date.
      • Minor variations in taste, colour, or texture may occur due to the natural nature of
        food products and do not constitute a defect.

10. Limitation of Liability

      • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
      • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising
from improper use, storage, or consumption of the products.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property
