Shipping Policy

1. Order Acceptance
We accept online orders for consumer sales of Oil products and Ladoo, subject to minimum order requirements.

Minimum Order Quantity

Oil Products: Minimum 3 Litres per order
Ladoo Packets: Minimum 14 packets per order
Orders not meeting the minimum quantity will not be processed.

2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders:

Within Maharashtra
Outside Maharashtra (Pan India)
Delivery to remote or non-serviceable areas is subject to courier availability and may incur extra charges.

3. Shipping Chargess
Shipping charges are calculated based on total order weight and delivery location.

Outside Maharashtra  ₹60
Remote area surcharge Extra
Additional charges for remote or rural areas will be informed before dispatch or added at checkout.

4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3 – 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. Delivery Timeline
Within Maharashtra: 5 – 7 business days after dispatch
Outside Maharashtra: 5 – 9 business days after dispatch
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or regional restrictions.

6. Packaging & Safety
Oil products are packed in sealed, leak-proof containers with protective outer packaging.
Ladoo packets are packed hygienically to maintain freshness and quality during transit.
Customers are advised to inspect packages at the time of delivery.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages If your package is received:

Damaged
Leaking (oil)
Spoiled or crushed (ladoo)
Tampered
Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos for verification

8. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address
Customers must provide accurate shipping details.
Re-shipping due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may incur additional charges.

9. FSSAI License & Food Compliance

Customer Advisory:
Store food products as per label instructions
Consume before the “Best Before / Expiry Date”
Minor variations in taste, color, or texture are natural and do not indicate a defect

10. Shipping Restrictions
Certain pin codes may be temporarily non-serviceable
We reserve the right to cancel or delay shipments due to courier restrictions, regulatory requirements, or force majeure events
