1. Overview
At PIONEER NATURE PRODUCTS LLP, customer satisfaction and food safety are our top priorities. This Refund Policy is designed to comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and FSSAI regulations. It explains conditions under which refunds, replacements, or cancellations are applicable for Oil products and Ladoo purchased online.
2. Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of our products:
Oil products are non-returnable, except in cases of leakage, damage, or incorrect product delivery.
Ladoo packets (food item) are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of damage, spoilage, or incorrect delivery.
3. Eligible Refund / Replacement Cases
A refund or replacement may be requested if:
The product is damaged, leaking, or spoiled at the time of delivery
You receive an incorrect product
The package is tampered with or broken Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos

5. Inspection & Approvalue
All refund or replacement requests are subject to verification by our quality team.
Once approved, we will offer:
A replacement, or A refund to the original payment method
6. Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed as per Section 6.
8. No Refunds in the Following Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be provided if:
The issue is reported after the allowed time period
The product has been consumed, opened, or improperly stored
Damage occurs due to customer mishandling
Minor natural variations in taste, color, or texture of ladoo (as per FSSAI guidelines)
9. Shipping Chargesin the Following Cases
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect product).
10. Compliance with Indian Law
This Refund Policy is aligned with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which provides rights to consumers for safe, quality products and services.
All food products are prepared, packed, and distributed under FSSAI regulations, ensuring hygiene, proper labeling, and safety.
