Shipping Policy

1. Order Acceptance

We accept online orders for the sale of our edible oil products and Ladoo across India.

Minimum Order Quantity
To ensure safe and cost-effective shipping, the following minimum order quantities apply:
• Oil Products:
o One (1) 5 Litre Can, or
o Six (6) 1 Litre Bottles per order
• Ladoo Products:
o Minimum 12 packets per order

Orders below the minimum quantity may not be accepted.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver orders:
• Within Maharashtra
• Across India (Pan India)
Delivery to remote or non-serviceable locations is subject to courier availability and may
attract additional shipping charges. Customers will be informed of any such charges before
dispatch or during checkout.

3. Shipping Charges

A. Free Shipping (Within Maharashtra)

We offer FREE shipping within Maharashtra for orders meeting the following minimum
quantities:
• One (1) 5 Litre Oil Can, or
• Six (6) 1 Litre Oil Bottles
Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote or rural locations. These charges will
be communicated before dispatch or displayed during checkout.

B. Standard Shipping Charges

For all other orders, shipping charges are calculated based on the total shipment weight and
delivery destination.

Remote/Rural Areas

Additional charges, if applicable

Remote area surcharges, where applicable, will be informed before dispatch or added during
checkout.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after successful payment
confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working
business day.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery timelines are:
• Within Maharashtra: 5–7 business days
• Outside Maharashtra: 5–9 business days
These timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions,
public holidays, or regional restrictions.

6. Packaging & Product Safety

We take utmost care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you safely.

• Oil products are packed in sealed, leak-proof containers with protective outer
packaging.

• Ladoo packets are hygienically packed to preserve freshness and quality.
• Customers are requested to inspect the package at the time of delivery.

7. Damaged or Tampered Deliveries

If your order is received in any of the following conditions:
• Damaged package
• Leaking oil container
• Crushed or spoiled Ladoo packets
• Tampered package
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sending clear photographs and/or videos for
verification.
Claims made after this period may not be eligible for replacement or investigation.

8. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
If delivery fails due to:
• Incorrect address
• Incomplete address
• Customer unavailable after courier attempts
Any re-shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.

9. FSSAI Compliance

FSSAI License Number: 10019022008876
All food products manufactured and sold by PIONEER NATURE PRODUCTS LLP, including
Ladoo, comply with the regulations of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India
(FSSAI).

We ensure:
• Hygienic manufacturing and packaging
• Proper product labeling, including ingredients, allergen information, batch number,
and Best Before/Expiry Date
• Safe storage and transportation practices.

Customer Advisory
Customers are advised to:
• Store products according to the instructions mentioned on the label.
• Consume products before the stated Best Before/Expiry Date.
• Note that minor variations in taste, colour, aroma, or texture are natural
characteristics of traditional food products and do not indicate a manufacturing
defect.

10. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to delay, refuse, or cancel shipments in circumstances including, but
not limited to:
• Non-serviceable pin codes
• Courier network restrictions
• Government regulations
• Natural disasters
• Force majeure events
• Any circumstances beyond our reasonable control
